Your confirmation email will include a link for you to provide additional information about your pet and his/her medical history.
This form will be shared with your VCC and will allow them to make a detailed and thorough recommendation for your pet at the time of your consultation.
Our cannabis consultation fee is $75 and includes 3 months of follow-up monitoring and guidance.
